I originally came in just to look at cars, and the staff were absolutely incredible. I first worked with Nada, who was not only wonderful but extremely knowledgeable. She answered every question I had and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. MJ then took us out to test drive a 2025 Taos. He was very friendly, patient, and made sure all my questions were answered during the drive. I left feeling so confident and positive about the experience that I called Nada afterward to let her know I’d be back in a few days to purchase the car. When I returned, Nada completed all the paperwork smoothly and efficiently. MJ went through the full checklist with me, installed my plate, and made sure the car was completely ready to go. Twinkles then walked me through all the vehicle settings to ensure I fully understood everything before leaving. Overall, I would give each of them 10 stars if I could.
