I truly hate to leave a review like this but I bought the beautiful sq5 that was on there lot 2 months ago
The car was great for the first month but then the parking sensors failed and just yesterday it seems that the cars front air suspension has malfunctioned
And now I’m probably going to be stuck with a large bill
Update
I looked under the car and one of the sensors had popped out. So it was not the dealership fault at all.
Also this dealership has a great team they don’t pressure you to buy a car. Sheldon was my sales men and he was great out going kind man and understanding
After our 2025 Toyota Camry was declared a total loss due to flash flooding, we decided it was time for a brand change—especially after a couple of less-than-stellar experiences with Toyota. We decided to check out South Centre VW, and we are so glad we did!
From the moment we walked in, Adam and the rest of the sales team were incredible. Everyone we talked to was friendly, welcoming, and had a great sense of humor. What we appreciated most was the complete lack of pressure; they simply put us in the car, let us take it out for a spin (multiple times), and gave us the time and space to see if it truly fit our needs.
We took our time and visited the dealership several times before making our final decision, and Adam went above and beyond for us every single time. We ended up choosing a 2026 Golf R that we absolutely love! The entire process was easy and painless after a very stressful and unexpected situation. We couldn't be happier with our decision and will absolutely be recommending South Centre VW to all our family and friends!

I had an excellent experience connecting and working with Adam. When l first walked in, l never thought l was going to end up buying a VW. I was simply curious because l rented a VW sometime from Enterprise, which gave me an idea that it might be an option some day..
Adam made me feel comfortable and simplified the process at South Centre Volkswagen (SCVW) dealership. He was extremely knowledgeable about the car, respectful, and easy to talk to. Adam made sure I understood every step of the process, explained my options and answered all my questions without hesitation. He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, including test driving and deciding on the color to choose. He was very patient even when l changed my mind multiple times on the model to pick, buying a new vs used. I felt happy with myself, knowing l made the right decision, not under pressure.
Also, l had a great customer service all around with Ash, and other staff who contributed to my buying experience.
