I truly hate to leave a review like this but I bought the beautiful sq5 that was on there lot 2 months ago
The car was great for the first month but then the parking sensors failed and just yesterday it seems that the cars front air suspension has malfunctioned
And now I’m probably going to be stuck with a large bill

I looked under the car and one of the sensors had popped out. So it was not the dealership fault at all.
Also this dealership has a great team they don’t pressure you to buy a car. Sheldon was my sales men and he was great out going kind man and understanding
We had a great experience with Southcentre Volkswagen Calgary from start to finish. We first met Adam, our salesperson, at the car show. He was approachable, easy to talk to, and extremely knowledgeable—answering all of our questions with confidence and clarity.
We later arranged a test drive for the Atlas, and Adam continued to be a pleasure to work with. We even returned for a second test drive to make sure the vehicle felt right for us, and at no point did we feel pressured. When it came time to finalize the purchase, everything was straightforward—we reached an agreement easily, and the process was quick and simple.
Heather in finance was also fantastic. She walked us through options for vehicle protection and an extended warranty, and based on the pricing and how long we plan to keep the vehicle, it felt like a smart decision.
On pickup day, everything was well organized. Twinkle, our Vehicle Delivery Specialist, had our car ready—license plate installed and freshly cleaned, complete with a fancy bow. It felt like Christmas! She gave us a thorough walkthrough of the vehicle’s features and functions and even followed up afterward to make sure everything was working as it should.
Overall, we are very happy with our purchase and equally pleased with the excellent service we received from Adam, Heather and Twinkle. Highly recommend!
We bought a new car this past weekend and picked it up today - and had such a good experience! The team here is so friendly and helpful. We have had our vehicle serviced here for years and always had a good experience, but this was our first time trading in and buying new from them and we will absolutely do it again. Our sales guy Kallen was fantastic and so helpful, not pushy at all and really made sure we found something we loved. Manager Andy, and Nada our finance girl were absolutely incredible too! We are so happy with our new wheels and will be back. 10/10 recommend!

In the finance office, Ash did an amazing job. He was highly professional and actually alerted us that we were eligible for a refund on the extended warranty from our previous vehicle, which we had no idea about! He also secured an excellent interest rate and got our monthly payments exactly where we wanted them to be.
From the initial walk-in all the way to the flawless delivery of our car, every single interaction was impeccable. We are extremely happy and will definitely be repeat customers. Highly recommend this team!
